Diversity narratives are tough to implement because they usually required making the majority fully empathize with a minority they don’t belong to. This time we wanted to show our community’s problem impacts a bigger community than just LGBTQIA+ people. Aiming to build emotional bridges with the majority of Romanians, ACCEPT Romania shows how lack of civil union right in Romania is a lack of family protection that impacts the whole country, not just our community.
