Background/objectives: In 2015, Caroli focused on owning the only category in which they were not leaders: frankfurters.
Strategy: Through a new product, frankfurters with 80% meat inside, and with the aid of Carolino Napkin, the animated mascot, Caroli reversed the negative category mindset and taught mothers how to entertain children at the table.
Results: Carolino Napkin brought Caroli on 1st position in frankfurters category, overpassing the competitors and over the market increase, and engaged their community online like never before.
