OLX - The Right Employee at the Right Workplace

This was the first-ever OLX Jobs campaign dedicated to Romanian employers & their decision makers (managers, business owners, HR recruiters & specialists). Its purpose was to recognize and ease the struggles and tribulations of businesses, who were left chasing the right job candidates while faced with financial pressures and fiscal modifications. This campaign placed OLX Jobs as #1 TOP OF MIND job platform (overthrowing ejobs), brought in 350 new Top Employers (doubling the share of paying businesses), but also impacted employees’ engagement metrics by +10% during campaign.
