Starting this year, Effie Romania is aligning to the international Effie format, expanding its mission and becoming a platform with several events, workshops and materials focused on learning and feedback for an effective marketing. The stake is to increase the standards of marketing and communication market in Romania by transmission of know-how and debates to complement recognition offered by the Effie trophies.
After the two judging sessions, with moderate discussions and individual feedback gathered for each entry, the Effie 2016 Organising Committee did an analyse of all the information and feedback from the judges and created Effie Insight Guide, a brochure meant to help the agencies understand better why their work didn’t pass the first round of judging or what where the elements that brought an Effie trophy in the agency. What do the judges and the marketing industry expect from the agencies? What are the most important elements in writing an Effie case? How can everybody do a better job for the next edition? These are all questions which answers can be found in the Effie Insight Guide Brochure.

Also, on demand, the entrant agencies can demand the organisers for individual feedback for each work submitted into the competition
