The Advertising Pitch Guide is a set of recommendations, addressed to advertising agencies and clients, in order to ensure professional standards and transparency for the industry’s pitches.
The Guide describes the pitch stages, identifies the necessary elements for a professional selection process and contains useful recommendations for clients and agencies. Each pitch requires significant resources from both the client and the agency. Therefore, it contains guidance on organizing and participating in pitches and is a management reference.
The Pitch Guide was developed by the Romanian Advertising Agencies Association, in collaboration with IAA Romania and Musliu & Asociatii, with the support of the European Association of Communication Agencies and in constant dialogue with the field stakeholders. The document is based on guidelines made by international associations representing the advertising industry.
The guide will be sent to RAAA member agencies and interested clients. The Pitch Guide will reduce bureaucracy, increase transparency and strengthen business relationships based on mutual respect.
