Members of the jury will not vote for cases subscribed by their own agency or company, and also for cases originating in the same business sector which they activate in.
Subscribed cases in the competition will be judged in two stages, meaning the 12th and the 13th of May. During the first judging stage, cases will be independently evaluated, with no comparisons to the other entries in the same category. Subscribed cases in the competition, should clearly state their objectives and should also prove that those have been fulfilled or even more, surpassed. In this first stage of judging the jury evaluates only the marketing and media strategies, the creative idea and the results. The best cases of this stage will be organised in a shortlist for the second judging stage.
The second part of the judging process will evaluate only cases on the shortlist and will take into consideration the creative executions and the marketing efficiency.
The final overall score is an average of the brief score and the creative score, weighted to emphasize the brief over the creative by a ratio of two to one.
