JUDGING ROUND 1 (UPDATES):
Judging Round 1 will be conducted in person over two consecutive days.
A separate online judging room will be available for expat judges.
The judging process will follow the same rules as Judging Round 2: judges will review the cases and evaluate them on the same day. The same rules and procedures apply to expat judges as well.

Our Competition Terms and associated permissions granted by entrants have been updated for 2026. Full details on publication, confidentiality and use of entry materials are available below and further details in the Effie Awards Authorization Form (which contains our Competition Terms) available in the Entry Portal. It is important that you read and understand this Form, which contains the Competition Terms of Entry, prior to submitting your entry to the Competition. All finalists and winners of the Competition are published as outlined below. Entrants can also select to have their non-finalist case published.

- You can access ENTRY KIT and the templates for all entry forms to prepare your cases before;
- To enter the competition, you’ll need to create an account in the Effie Portal and submit there all information, creative materials & other needed info for the Effie team (company & individual credits, authorization & verification form, publicity materials, research information).
