Background/objectives: We needed to fill the sandwich gap versus McDonalds and come with a cool solution for our target (young teens) - always on the move and on the run.
Objectives: increase sales more than 9% vs last year. Overpass McDonalds in image indicators.
Strategy: We launched Duetos, two mini-wraps with chicken and vegetables inside, so you can celebrate being single by sharing it with yourself
Results: We increased our sales by 21.7% vs last year (same-store performance) and overpassed McDonalds in image indicators
