Results
Background/objectives: In the summer battle for market shares, Ciucas needed to regain rural consumers and win share in rural areas from other economy brands through outlet investments and activations.
Strategy: An activation program designed as a series of localized promotions, endorsed and hosted by a relevant character for our target, Varu’ Sandel, was set to overcome villagers’ skepticism and reluctance.
Results: The program went beyond the transactional level into community engagement, surpassed its already ambitious objectives, set a benchmark for rural activations, and made Ciucas the winner of the summer battle in rural.
