Background/objectives: In 2010, “The best 3G network” meant providing the best experience for an almost irrelevant service. Vodafone needed to educate Romanians on the benefits of the best network, even though they could not yet experience it.
Strategy: Inspire Romanians to use mobile data through real-life demonstrations
Results: For 5 years, Vodafone has been the absolute leader in network quality. Commercial KPIs were constantly above the market average, and the stories we created have become part of popular culture.
